There are many personal factors that go into this including your age, weight, tolerance and most importantly your symptoms. Different conditions require different dosages. Taking it for seizures may require a higher dose of CBD than taking it for nausea for example. Another important question to ask yourself is how often do you need to dose? If you dose infrequently, go with a higher strength to compensate.
Use our chart as a starting point and adjust to your needs.
*The above dosage is on a Single Daily Dose. You may need to do 2 doses a day depending on your body, weight, and overall Health Condition and Absorption ability by the body.
A 30 mL bottle with a content of 600 mg is a good starting point, but for more demanding conditions 2000 mg + might be more appropriate as the higher dose per serving is required.
Too figure out a Single Serving Dosage Amount you must Divide the bottle size (30ml = 1 oz) by total mg (600mg) to determine your ideal Single personal dosage.
Example: To Figure out a Standard serving on a 600mg we divide 600 by 30ml bottle equals 20mg per ml dose.
This can be dosed twice a day, once in the morning and once after dinner. For a full 40mg daily dose
Regardless of dosage quantity each patient should continue with the same dosage for at least 7-10 days.
If no effects are felt or the patient needs further dosing the suggested action is to up the dosage for an additional 7-10 days by 1.5x the dose. For example if a Patient is taking 20mg per day.. the new recommended dose would be 30mg
Furthermore each dosage should be changed no more than once per week and a full 30 days is suggested to confirm whether a dosage is working or not.
